Prospective Families - Admissions Process

Step 1: Family Interview and Tour

Schedule your tour by calling our main office at the Harding Campus: (773)-847-0697, Kenneth Campus: (773)-582-8083 or submit the online interest form.

​Step 2: Meet and Greet and Shadow Day

- Scheduled after the school visit and tour
- Students will meet individually with our principal Mrs. Jensen
- Depending on availability, students will also meet with the teacher of the corresponding
grade-level

​Step 3: Complete the Application Packet and submit Registration Fee

 

The following documentation will be needed...

- Child's original birth certificate

- Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Medical / Dental / Eye Examination Forms
- Your child's most recent report cards and standardized test scores


*Applications available in both of our main offices

 

Registration Fee


- $100 per family on or before February 4, 2023
- $150 per family after February 5, 2023

​Step 4: Admission Status Determined

Acceptance will be determined and the family will be notified


Transfer students are expected to be in good academic and behavioral standing and owe no debts to the previously attended school. Sts. Bruno & Richard School reserves the right to inspect former school records before admission. Students in grades 1 -8 who transfer to Sts. Bruno & Richard
School from another school will be on academic and conduct probation for one year. At any time during this year, the student may be asked to withdraw from the school. The decision is made by the principal upon referral from the teacher. Sts. Bruno & Richard School may require testing or
interviews of families and students to determine special needs for its students. Sts. Bruno & Richard School endeavors to educate all students within the limits of our school’s educational program. We are not in a position to educate everyone. Students with special needs that cannot be met by
existing programs will not be accepted for admission or readmissions.

2022/2023 Tuition and Fees 

Preschool per child: $5,380 (Non-Parishioner)  /  $4,880 (Parishioner)

$4,600 (Non-Parishioner Sibling Rate)  / $4,100 (Parishioner Sibling Rate)

 

​Kindergarten - 8th Grade: 

One Child: $5,880 (Non-Parishioner)  /  $4,880 (Parishioner)
Two Children: $8,430 (Non-Parishioner)  /  $7,430 (Parishioner)
Three Children: $10,550 (Non-Parishioner)  /  $9,550 (Parishioner)

 

Financial Aid is available for qualifying families to be considered by completing the Financial Aid & Grants application on your FACTS account.

  • Create a FACTS account and apply for Financial Aid through FACTS Grant and Aid

  • Student Registration Form (Obtained and completed in the school office.)

  • Official Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Copy of Official Baptismal Certificate, Communion Certificate (if Applicable)

  • Medical Form (PK-K-2nd-6th)

  • Dental Form (K-2nd-6th)

  • Eye Examination (K- or 1st time entering school)

  • School permission forms i.e. ( Every year all forms below are to be completed.)

  • Parent Guardian Technology Consent Form/ Student Acceptable Use of Technology

  • Permission to Walk Home only 5th – 8th / Permission for Neighborhood Walks

  • Cell Phone Policy

  • Student Google Apps Permission form
